诸葛亮的若干失误启思

诸葛亮才能卓越,为蜀汉政权的建立鞠躬尽瘁死而后已,立下了汗马功劳,是人们心目中理想智慧的化身。但其后半生中,存在着在荆州局势决策上严重失误、错估大局,不能审时度势,不善培养人才,不善授权任能,赏罚不明,拒纳谏言等九方面的过失,使得蜀汉政权最先灭亡,可见蜀汉政权"成也诸葛,败也诸葛"。

It is well - known that ZHU GE Liang made great contributions to establishing organs of Shu Han. But in the later half of his life, he made mistakes in 9 aspects, which made Shu Han be destroyed at first. So it is ZHU GE to bear responsibility for Shu Han, whether success of failure.
