摘要
研究了根霉液体发酵产淀粉酶的最佳条件,通过分析碳源、氮源、培养温度、表面活性剂等对根 霉产淀粉酶的影响,另外还考虑了接种量、金属离子对根霉产淀粉酶的影响,以及溶液初始pH值对酶 活性的影响,确定了根霉液体发酵产淀粉酶的最佳条件。
The paper studies the effects of carbon resource, nitrogen resource, and surface detergents on the production of diastase by Rhizopusllus. It also considers the effect of amount of planting , temperature and initial pH value on the production and also the effect of metal irons on the activity of the production and then obtain the best fermentation condition .
