穿甲弹侵彻装甲板时绝热剪切带的产生及对侵彻过程影响

摘要 用钨合金小口径穿甲弹对30CrMnMo 装甲钢板做射击侵彻试验,并利用扫描电镜和光学金相显微镜研究了其显微组织结构变化。发现了从弹孔表面到靶板内部的微观结构是分层逐渐变化的,还发现在弹孔周围出现了三类绝热剪切带,并结合试验中的宏观现象,对绝热剪切带的成因,形貌及对装甲板破坏过程的影响进行了分析。 The experiments of the penetration made of W alloys impacted on the 30CrMnMo armor target steel plate were performed.Microstructures of the penetrated hole in the 30CrMnMo steel plate are studied using SEM and optical metallography.It was found that from the penetrated surface of the hole to the interior of the steel plate,the microstructures of materials is changeable the layer to layer.The three types of adiabatic shear bands were found and the initial causes and the effect to damages of armor target were also analysed.
