The influence on coordination of fuze and warhead (CFAW) of the sensor fuzed submunition,which is caused by the errors of sub-munition stable scanning parameter and target moving is analyzed in the paper.We get the analytic equation of the killing probability by using the method of error analysis.Then we can quantificationally analyze the influence of CFAW caused by all kinds of factors.The method and the result of analysis in the paper does good to the design of the system of CFAW of sensor fuzed submunition.It is also of practical significance in the optimization and the assessment of killing efficiency of the sensor fuzed submunition.
