莱钢炼钢厂工艺技术优化

Optimizing of Technology and Process in the Steel-making Plant of Laigang

摘要 莱钢炼钢厂通过完善与优化转炉护炉技术、推广应用连铸新技术和新工艺、应用降低转炉出钢温度的新技术,保证了炼钢生产的稳定,转炉炉龄增至30000炉,连铸坯收得率达99.58%,出钢温度由1706℃降至1645℃,3年创效益1.61亿元。 By perfecting and optimizing converter maintenance technique, extending and utilizing new technology and new process of continuous casting, using new technique of reducing tapping temperature of converter, the reliable steel-making producing is guaranteed in the steel-making plant of Laigang, the campaign life of converter is increased to 30 thousand heats, the yield of billet is up to 99.58%, the tapping temperature is reduced from 1706℃ to 1645℃ and the economic profit is 1.61 hundred million Yuan in the last 3 years.
