摘要
济钢第一炼钢厂通过采取少渣炼钢、煤气回收、钢渣水淬、铸坯热送等措施,达到了充分回收和利用能源、合理使用资源、降低系统能耗、减少污染物排放、实现节能、清洁生产的目的,吨钢钢铁料消耗、炼钢工序能耗、耐材消耗分别降至1082kg、1045524.4kJ、6.1kg。
The measures of steel-making with less-slag, BOF gas recycle, slag quenching and slab hot charge are carried out in the No.1 steel-making plant of Jigang in order to utilize and recycle the energy source completely and properly, lessen the systematic energy consumption and pollutant releasing, realize the modern production of the energy saving and clearly. By using these methods, the scraps and hot iron consumption, the process energy consumption and refractory consumption in this plant are lowered to 1082kg /t, 1045524.4 kJ/t and 6.1kg/t separately.
