摘要
济钢第二炼钢厂在生产中实施低碱度、低氧化铁操作,吨钢石灰加入量由75~80kg降低至50~55kg,使炉渣碱度降至2.8~3.2;采用含碳较低的硅锰合金,使终渣氧化铁含量控制在15%~18%。实践证明,低碱度操作具有成渣快速、喷溅较小、消耗较低的特点。
Low basicity and low iron oxide operation is carried out in No.2 steel-making plant of Jigang, then lime consumption is reduced from 75~80kg to 50~55kg every one ton steel, and the finishing slag basicity is reduced to 2.8~3.2. At the same time, silicon-manganese with low carbon content is used to control iron oxide content in finishing slag by 15%~18%. The practice has proved that low basicity operation has characteristics of making slag rapidly, spraying slightly and little consumption.
