为了实现炉机匹配,更好地发挥小方坯连铸机的生产潜力,提高产量,降低成本,济钢第二炼钢厂从系统优化炼钢工艺入手,采取了转炉精料方针等一系列工艺技术优化措施。实现了产能大幅度提高,年创经济效益1000多万元。
In order to realize the best condition of converter and CCM, increase output and reduce cost, some measures such as adopting prepared burden etc. are put forward to optimize steel-making process in No.2 steel-making plant of Jigang. Then the production is improved and the economic benefit reaches to more than 10 million Yuan.
