Transformation of Primary Dedusting System of 25t Converter

针对济钢第一炼钢厂25t转炉一次除尘系统存在的除尘能力不足、设施不匹配、系统不完善等问题,提出采用三元流叶轮风机及改进配套设施的合理方案,依次在3座转炉实施,取得了良好的运行效果,一次除尘能力明显提高,解决了转炉冒黄烟问题。

Aiming at the lack of dedusting capability, maladjustment of equipment and imperfect system of the primary dedusting system of 25t converter at No.1 steel-making plant of Jigang, the improved program using tri-unit impeller fan and forming a complete set is put forward correctly. Applied to three converters partly, the effect is good. The primary dusting capability is improved apparently. It solved the problem of thick yellow smoke from converter.
