摘要
通过统计分析板坯连铸生产中出现的漏钢事故,认为钢水温度低、拉速快和保护渣理化性能不合理易导致粘结漏钢;对弧不良、钢水温度高、拉速快是造成裂纹漏钢的主要原因;开浇和接头漏钢主要是中间包上水口和塞棒烘烤效果不好及出苗时间不足造成的。提出了优化保护渣性能指标、强化设备检修精度、严格执行工艺技术规程和完善生产准备等防范漏钢的具体措施。
The breakout is statistically analyzed in practice production. It is shown that the breakout by sticking is caused by low temperature of molten steel and high withdrawal speed and illogicality capability of protecting slags. The most reason of cracking breakout is badness of arc and high temperature of molten steel and high withdrawal speed. The breakout reason of beginning pouring and joint is that the nozzle and stopper in the turndish are not good with firing and the exceed mould time is shortage. Then some countermeasures such as optimizing the capability of protecting slags and intensifying precision of the equipment and strictly executing the regulation of technique and perfecting the preparation of produce are put forward.
