摘要
莱钢炼钢厂对氧枪喷头变形原因进行分析,认为喷头结构不合理、喷头端面粘钢、出钢温度过高等是主要原因,提出了优化喷头结构以促使回水顺畅保证冷却效果和避免吹炼中后期炉渣"返干"以减少喷头端面粘钢等改进措施。使用证明,避免了喷头角部循环水涡存,回水温差由10 5℃提高为14 4℃,氧枪使用寿命平均达320炉。
The deformation reasons of oxygen lance head at the steel-making plant of Laigang is analyzed, then the non-rational nozzle structure, dead burning at the end face of nozzle, high temperature of tapping are thought to be main deformation reasons. On the base of analyzing, countermeasures such as optimizing nozzle structure to ensure returning water smooth and strengthen cooling intensity, avoiding slag redried during medium and post of blowing period to reduce dead burning at the end face of nozzle, etc. are put forward. The practice has shown that eddy conservation of circulating water in angle part of nozzle is avoided, the temperature difference of returning water is increased from 10.5℃ to 14.4℃, and the average service life of oxygen lance is up to 320 heats.
