摘要
济钢第一炼钢厂采用热屏蔽纳米中空复合绝热板作为钢包的永久层,使钢包的二次套浇次数由原来的3次提高到5次,而且保温效果好,外壁温度比原来降低了30~40℃,满足了高效炼钢的需要。
The heat shield nano hollow multiples adiabatic plate is used as permanent working lining of ladle at No.1 steel-making plant of Jigang, then the series casting times of ladle is increased from 3 to 5, the heat preservation is also better than before, and ektexine temperature of ladle is reduced by 30℃. It meets the needs of present high-efficiency steel-making.
