因与 3 6m2 烧结机配套的机头除尘器易堵塞、难拆装维护、除尘效果差 ,改造采用ST -XF型高效多管除尘器取代原老式 2 88管除尘器 ,实现了二级除尘。应用表明 ,排放烟气中的含尘量由 187mg/m3降为 94mg/m3,风机叶轮平均寿命由 180天延长至 60 0天 ,年效益可达 180万元。

The dust extractor of sintering machine head matched with 36m 2 sintering machine is easy jam, hard maintenance and lower dust removal efficiency, etc. After replacing old dust extrator by ST XF high effect multi pipe dust extractor, the dust content of the effluent fume is reduced from 187mg/m 3 to 94 mg/m 3, the average life of the fan impeller is prolonged from 180 days to 600 days and the benefits can be reached to 1.8 million Yuan every year.
