上料升降台立柱的改进

Improvement of Pillar of Feeding Lifting Platform

为了满足中板厂蓄热式加热炉的生产能力 ,新上一台上料升降台装置。通过分析上料升降台立柱润滑的重要性及存在问题 ,提出了对立柱进一步优化的设计方案 ,改进了原设计中不合理之处 ,充分保证了设备升降顺畅 ,定位准确 ,改善了检修、安全等工作环境。实践证明 ,该方案简单、实用。

A new feeding lifting platform is mounted for meeting the productivity of regenerative furnace of medium plate plant. Through analyzing the importance and existed problems of lubrication of feeding lifting platform, further optimum plan for the pillar is put forward, and the unreasonable parts of original design is improved. The equipment can achieve smooth lifting and convenient maintenance. The practice has proved that this project is simple, practical, economical and reliable.
