摘要
针对大庆局先锋变差动保护范围内发生的短路故障引起下一级110kV变电站双回线距离保护动作的事故,从三方面动作疑点进行了分析。
The short - circuit fault within differential protection range in Xianfeng substation, caused maloperating accident of distancd protection on double circuits of lower level 110 kV substation.To the accident,the paper analyzes the questionable operating conditions from three points.
