摘要
微型齿轮(模数为0.07~0.2mm)的精密测量在国内外未见报道.本文研究微型齿轮测量仪的电子展成及自动分度测量系统,开发了整数逼近循环比例驱动方法和阶段误差补偿技术.这种方法和技术已成功地应用于作者开发研制的微型齿轮测量仪中.实验证明,应用这种方法和技术可使量仪的成本大幅度降低,并且控制简单、运行可靠.
This paper introduces the electronic generating and automatic graduation measuring system of a fine module gear tester. The integer approaching and cycle proportioned driving method, and the stage error compensation techniques are presented. Application of the method and the technique reduces the cost of the tester, which is very good in reliability and is controlled simply.
