轮胎耐久性试验机滚动阻力测试装置的设计 被引量:1

摘要 轮胎的滚动阻力是衡量轮胎性能的重要指标之一。为配合新产品的开发 ,在轮胎耐久性试验机的整体改造项目中 ,在对轮胎滚动阻力详尽分析的基础上 ,对原传动装置进行了改制 ,使其具有测量扭矩的功能 ,对滚动阻力测试装置进行了重新设计 ,采用无接触式扭矩测量系统 ,测试结果可由计算机直接打印输出 ,实现了在线检测的自动化。实践证明 ,测试准确性好 。 The rolling resistance of a tire is one of the important characteristics of the tire. In order to cooperate with the exploiting of the new products, the formation of the rolling resistance is analyzed in detail, some improvement is done on the transmission shaft in the innovation project of the tire endurance testing machine. The rolling resistance testing unit is designed in a new testing method. By the testing system not only noncontact torque measuring can be done, but also the testing result can be printed directly by a PC computer printer. It can realize on-line rolling resistance testing automatically. It is testified by the practice that it can work accurately and it can guide the exploiting and designing of the new products in some way.
