摘要
尼龙粉末主要用于金属耐磨、耐冲击、防腐涂层。本课题利用流化床粉末涂装技术 ,在汽车钢制零部件 (如汽车底盘 )表面涂装一层均匀、致密的尼龙涂层 ,以提高零件的使用寿命。主要研究了尼龙粉末流化床涂覆工艺参数对涂层性能的影响。通过对涂层性能的测定 ,确定了最佳工艺参数 ,为尼龙涂装生产线的烘道。
Powder nylon is fit to coat the metal and is endowed with good functions of resisting polish , lash and corrosion. The research makes use of nylon 1010 to form a layer of protection on the surface of automobile steel parts (eg. automobile batholith ) with good distribution and compactibility by the fluid-bed. It can improve the life-span of the steel parts. The powder coating method by the fluid-bed and effect of the technological reference numbers on the coating properties are emphatically introduced. The best technological reference numbers are decided through measuring the coating properties. It provides a criterion for designing the oven、transport system and fluid-bed of coating nylon production 1ine. $$$$
