等径弯角挤压工艺研究现状

摘要 等径弯角挤压工艺是一种不改变毛坯形状和尺寸而使毛坯产生大塑性变形的新型的工艺方法。视材料和设计结果的要求不同,这种工艺的变形温度可以在77K-1500K的范围内改变。等径弯角挤压是让工件通过两个交叉的管道从而发生一个大的简单塑性剪变形,管道的角度可以在0°-90°的范围内选择以得到不同的应变。当材料通过管道时,材料必须按照设计好的形状发生剪切变形,在这种变形过程中,材料的内部能够产生纳米级晶粒样品。 Same radius bending angle pressuring is a new type of material formation fabricating method by no changing the size and shape of blank and by greater plastical deformation. This approach can increase the material strenghth, hardness and make other properties better.The deforming temperture of this means is from 77K to 1500K.In terms of this basic principle of this technique, the final shape is formed by making the blank through a cross - shaped pipes and obtaining a flexible deformation is shear direction. The angles of pipes change from 0° to 90° through different shear stresses needs. When the material passes a moulding pipe, it obtains a designed - shage, and material surface particles show a nano - scale sample.
