摘要
机械产品加工的工艺过程是一个复杂的系统,工件的加工误差是许多随机因素作用的结果。应用数理统计方法对加工过程中工件的尺寸误差进行诊断分析,可以确定一批工件加工误差的总体规律,以便找出在工艺上控制误差的措施和解决问题的途径。
The course of working for the engineering goods is a complex system and the working accuracy is restricted by the interaction of many random factors. The error analysis using mathematical statistics may define the general rules of error for a batch of goods. In this way, we can find out the measures to control error and seek ways to solve the problems.
