浅谈民办高校的学生管理工作

学生管理工作对于维护学校稳定、提高学校的办学质量具有重要作用。但由于民办高校成长的历史较短,且学生来源复杂,学历层次参差不齐,其管理工作或多或少存在一些问题,因而探讨相应对策显得尤为重要。
