Teenager Organizations Should Take Part in Building up a Studying Surrounding

构筑终身教育体系,创建学习型社会,是关系到国家能否进一步增强国际竞争力的关键所在。在走向知识经济时代进程中,青少年组织在配合政府的各项工作时,其工作职责也包括协助政府加强对青少年进行教育和学习工作的管理,在创建学习型社会中承担不可或缺的重要作用。青少年组织应从组织落实、制度保障、理念树立、载体创设、活动开展、内容完善、评估考核、产业创造等八个层面入手,积极参与学习型社会的创建,并注意与创建工作相关联的几个问题,使创建工作有真正的成效。

Whether a country can strengthen its international competition or not depends on its educational system and studying surroundings. In the course of the development of knowledge and economy, teenager organizations, which help the government supervise teenager affairs, should carry out policies, guarantee the systems, set up new ideas, engage in activities, perfect evaluation and so on. They should take part in building up a studying surrounding and attach much importance to the problems related to building-up work so that the building-up work will be more efficient.
