冬小麦新品种主要品质性状分析及对育种的启示

Analysis of the Major Qualities and Characteristics of the New Winter Wheat Breeds and Its Inspiration for Breeding

采用国际标准分析方法,对2000～2001年度国家冬小麦品种区域试验89个参试小麦品种(系)的籽粒品质、蛋白质品质、粉质参数等品质性状进行了分析。结果表明:蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量总体水平较高,沉淀值多数属于低类型,稳定时间多数属于中、中低类型。沉降值是反映蛋白质的质和量的综合指标,应在早代进行测定。

By adopting internationally standard analytical methods, we analyzed the major qualities and characteristics of 89 wheat breeds subjected to the 2000-2001 national winter wheat breeds regional experiments, such as, the seed quality, the protein quality, and the starch parameters, etc. The results show that the content of protein and wet gluten is high as a whole; most of the sediment values are medium or low types; and most of the stability time is also medium and low type. Sediment values are the comprehensive parameters that demonstrates the quality and quantity of protein, and should be measured at the early generations.
