摘要
阐述了无糖微培养模式的意义,重点介绍了无糖微培养中提高外植体光合自养能力的调控手段,如光照强度控制、CO_2浓度控制、光合面积的利用等调控手段的应用,并对其适用情况及应用于组培规模化生产的前景作了分析。
This paper introduced the significance of the mode of sugar free tissue culture, methods of enhancing photoautotrophic ability of explants by controlling co2 concentration and light intensity, enlarging plantlets, leaf areas were summarized, and the prospects applied in culture industry were also analyzed.
