摘要
介绍了当前生物处理难降解有机污染物研究的前沿领域:基因工程技术在生物处理中的应用;共基质条件下的生物降解性;固定化微生物技术在治理难降解有机物中的应用等方面的方法原理及研究进展。
The advances in the studies on biodegradation of refractory organic pollutants were summarized, including the usage of genetic engineering technology, the biodegradation activities under co-substrates condition and the usage of immobilized microbial cells technology. The principles and advances of the technologies were particularly discussed in this article.
