摘要
对搅拌摩擦焊三维温度场分布情况进行了研究 ,用有限元方法计算了温度场分布 ,模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合。采用的热源模型考虑了输入的热量随温度和位置变化的情况 ,所得的结果能更准确描述搅拌头附近温度分布情况。搅拌头前端的高温区比后端的温度高温区小 ,促使焊接过程中前进边的材料逆着搅拌头旋转方向向后流动 ,返回边的材料沿着搅拌头旋转方向向后流动 。
The distribution of three dimension temperature field of the friction stir welding process has been studied by finite element method. It is shown that the simulation results are in accordance with the experimental results. The variety of the quantity of heat inputted into workpiece with temperature and place has been considered in the model, and the results can reflect the true temperature field in the vicinity of pin-tool. At last, the material flow in friction stir welding process has been depicted.
