摘要 介绍了一种基于V/F变换的高精度干式变压器数据采集与控制系统 ,采用LM2 3 1A/F变换芯片和89C5 2单片机实现工业现场测量对象的A/D转换。V/F变换器具有高精度 ,高线形度 ,且外围电路简单的特点。采用单片机直接与V/F变换器连接进行A/D转换 ,不需要额外的硬件电路 ,充分利用硬件资源 ,精心设计软件 ,系统分辨率可达 12位 ,转换精度可达 0 .0 2 %。当传感器与上位机距离较远时 ,可以采用RS -4 85接口或无线数据发送 This paper presents a high precision data acquisition system with LM231 A/F transform chip and single chip microcomputer with low cost. The V/F transformer is characteristic of high precision, high linearity it can be with simple peripheral circuit, easy to realize A/D transform for measurement of analog in the field of industry. The single chip microcomputer is direct to interface with LM231 chip that has the light- electricity coupling circuit, to improve system working security. Full use of resource of hardware and software, the system identifier rate reaches 12 digits and its accuracy is 0.02%. The system is available for use in the field of measurement and control of temperature system, voltage, current intensity, methane density, etc. In the case of long distance between sensitive and upper computer, we can use RS-485 interface or wireless data transmitting/reserve module to remote data communication.
