Moreover, while making an analysis of the selection of the news topic, the subject of the report and the cultivation of the approaching point, the form of coverage, the scheming of the report topic, and the editing and arranging art of news programmes, he also proves that it is both likely and worthwhile to scheme all these things, which is the very means and measures indispensable to the improvement of the quality and the competitiveness of news programmes.
