国家教育部正在修订的《高等学校图书馆规程》,对普通高等学校建系资料室进行了改革。在此情况下,转型期普通高校 系资料室怎么建?作者根据工作中的体会,提出了相应的建议。
<abstract>The National Educational Ministry is revising The Rules for College Libraries to reform the establishment of the department reference room. How should the department reference room be established in the transforming period of colleges and universities? The author advances corresponding suggestions based on her working experiences.
