摘要
了解大学一年级学生的情绪状态及其调节能力和调节方式的性别差异,以便开展切实有效的心理素质教育。调查对象为一所医药学院大一学生,调查方法为问卷调查。经过统计检验,发现在部分情绪事件的诱因、调节能力、调节方式等诸多方面都存在显著差异。结果提示,在开展大学生心理健康教育的过程中应该充分考虑性别的差异。
The purpose of this study is to investigate freshmen's emotional problem and how they cope with that according to dif- ferent sexes,therefore an effective mental quality education can be conducted.The subjects in this investigation were freshmen in a medical and pharmaceutical college,using a questionnaire.The results showed significant statistical differences in the cause of incidents,adjust capacity and other indexes.It suggests sex difference should be taken into consideration in conducting psy- chological health education.
