摘要
本文论述吸烟对肺巨噬细胞的影响。临床研究表明,吸烟诱导肺巨噬细胞形态和功能的改变在慢性阻塞性肺气肿的形成和肺癌的发生中具有重要的作用,研究其机理对疾病的预防和诊治是非常有益的。
This paper discusses the effects smoking has on lung macrophage cells.Clinical researches illustrate that smoking changes formation and function of lung macrophage cells,and thus it affects the incidence of lung cancer.Research on its mechanism is beneficial to its prevention and treatment.
