本文根据我公司在新疆油田公司油气储运公司承建的50000m^3外浮顶储罐建设工程实践,借鉴国内外大型储罐建造技术,结合我公司成熟的储罐建造经验,探讨建造大型外浮顶储罐的一种施工方法——外脚手架正装法,同时介绍工厂预制和现场自动化焊接技术,并结合工期控制等问题论述该施工方法的特点。

Based on the construction project practice of 50000m3 tank with outer floating top constructed by our company for Oil-gas Accumulation Conveyance Company of Xinjiang oil Field Corporation, and references the outer falsework forward construction method a sort of construction method of large tank, this article introduces the plant prefabrication and locale auto-welding technique, and discusses the characteristic of this construction method combined wi th the control of project terms.
