摘要
知识经济是以知识为基础的一种经济形态,知识经济的到来使传统的管理理论和管理模式面临重大的挑战,也给企业传统的人力资源管理带来了影响。该文在分析知识经济含义的基础上,探讨了知识经济给人力资源管理带来的巨大影响和冲击,认为传统的人事管理已经不能适应目前社会经济的发展,必须向现代的人力资源管理转变。指出在未来若干年内,人力资源管理将呈现出更加注重知识型员工的管理、注重员工培训和教育、更加重视企业文化建设等新的趋势。
Knowledge economy is an economic formation based on the knowledge. It challenges the theory and pattern of the traditional management, and produces an effect on the traditional management of human resources in the enterprises as well. This paper deals with the great influence of the knowledge economy on the management of human resources, according to the analysis of the meaning of knowledge economy. It is suggested that traditional personnel management are not suitable for the economic development and should be changed into the modern management of human resources. In addition, there is a new tendency that more attention will be given to the administration of the intelligent staff, the personnel's training and continuous education, and the culture construction of enterprises in the future.
