Innovations in the Economic Means of China's Management of Foreign Economy and Trade

入世后,世贸组织的原则与规则要求我国对外经贸宏观管理的经济手段必须加以创新,以符合国际经贸规范要求。只有这样,才能更好地发挥经济手段在政府对外经贸管理中的作用。该文分析了关税、出口退税、汇率、信贷等四个经济手段的创新思路。

With respect to WTO obligations, some innovations may be made in the economic means of China's management of foreign economy and trade after China's entry into the WTO. Only through innovation can the roles of economic means be fully played in the management of foreign economy and trade. The paper analyzes the innovative thoughts on customs duty, export drawback, exchange rate and credit.
