摘要
该文介绍了在海拔2 400m的冷凉地带,为解决地方特色果树‘照水’梅常规繁育生产周期较长的技术环节,利用高温一低温一常温促控效应,缩短繁育周期,进行规模速繁,满足生产需求。
New technology of instant mass propagation for Prunus mume‘Zhaoshui’in Lijiang,Yunnan Province was introduced in this paper.The high temperature-low temperature-normal temperature—so called tri-temperature improving and controlling skill was invented and used in this technology.The propagation period was greatly shortened and the amount of seedlings greatly increased by using this technology so as to meet the ur- gent fruiting requirement of Mei production with elite cultivars.At the same time,the key cultivation methods were introduced in detail.
