摘要
该文首先论述了我国的果梅产业中加工方面远落后于形势的发展。入世后,果梅的加工业必须要在创新产品种类、提高质量并进行原料的综合利用等多方面都有大大的发展,要依靠科技创新,以加快提高产品的质量和效益,提高果梅加工食品在国际市场上的竞争力。其次,指出了果梅食品加工业发展的途径,应加快实现产业化生产,抓住当前实施退耕还林工程的机遇,有计划地建立果梅基地林,适地适价,实行区域化布局,并在产地建立大型现代化加工厂,提高农民收入,并解决部分农村富余劳动力的就业问题;要制定加工食品的质量标准和加强检验检测工作,和国际全面接轨;尤其要在研制特色加工品和开发新产品方面努力,使果梅制品更多样化,使梅果的保健作用更能普遍有益于民众。
In this article,development of Chinese meizi (Mume fruits) production industry was first de- scribed,among which processing of meizi lags behind the current development situation.After China entered into WTO,meizi processing industry must make great progress in innovations of meizi product-varieties,im- provement of qualities,integrated utilization of raw materials,etc.Through technological innovations,im- provements in product qualities and big incomes would be accelerated to promote the competitive ability of meizi processing in international market.Furthermore,appropriate ways for developing meizi processing indus- tries were pointed out.Realization of meizi industrial production must be accelerated.It was necessary to seize the present opportunity on practicing'The Conversion of Cropland to Forest Project',by working out plans to establish meizi plantations in proper areas under suitable regional arrangements.It was right to establish mordern large processing factories in plantation regions to increase peasant s income and provide jobs for sur- plus labour forces in rural areas.Standards on quality specifications of food stuffs processing should be adopted and accomplished seriously,so as to comply with international standards comprehensively.Especially,efforts should be paid to researches to produce new diversified varieties and special products,which will provide more health-improving functions of meizi to benefit more people.
