迟发性外伤性颅内血肿再次手术临床分析

The second operation of past-traumatic intracerebral hematoma

目的 探讨治疗迟发性外伤性颅内血肿的方法、适应证及疗效。方法 采用扩大的翼点入路行第一次额颞部硬膜外、下血肿清除术 ,二次手术沿原手术入路。结果 42例再次手术患者 ,12例完全康复出院 ,2 1例遗留不同程度的后遗症 ,9例死亡 ,死亡率 2 2 %。结论 迟发性外伤性颅内血肿 ,虽病情危重 ,但只要及时发现 ,积极治疗 ,仍可获得满意的疗效。

Objective To explore for the method?efficiency and indication of post-traumatic intracerebral hematoma.Method 42 patients were selected to adopt the same way of enlarged pterional approach as the first operation did.Result 12 cases were fully recovered,21 cases were not,9 cases died,the mortality was 22%.Conclusions Though the prognosis of delayed post-traumatic intracerebral hematoma is wrong.It was the useful to treat with second operation in time.
