Feelings Concerned With Africa-Bric Note of Visiting Mozambique

非洲,这块充满着神秘、纯朴、热情与野性的热土,是我向往已久并为之痴迷的地方,仿佛那里的一切都是我想要知道的,未曾想到,真诚的心愿竟会变为现实,机缘真的把我带进了非洲,有幸为其创作雕塑并能作为中、莫文化交流的使者,将作品永久地留在了非洲南部的莫桑比克共和国。面对这一切,有许多东西要写,但此时只能简述我创作中的一些感受及所见所闻。

In 2001, I was invited to a public bidding of China and Mozambique 's international design concerning the an works of the office building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mozambique. Through strict checking procedures and three months of painstaking creation, the design manuscript of large serial sculpture 'Source of Life' was elementarily cognized and repeated correction and perfection as long as over one year for the works were carried out, and it was eventually approved by relevant ministries and commissions of two countries' governments. Through eight months of careful creation, it went smoothly. Invited by Mozambique government, I went to Mozambique for the final handling of an effect and installation in July 2003.1 don't want to give too many comments to my works, but as a participator sketch what I saw and heard.
