基于结构概率设计的系统可靠性分析方法

摘要 将结构概率设计方法与系统可靠性分析方法相结合,采用耗损故障分析模型,对系统的可靠性特征和寿命特征进行了研究。考虑结构系统强度名义值随时间的耗损特性,由结构概率设计方法所要求的可靠度,推导了其相应的强度名义值的极限。根据强度耗损模型及概率统计理论,推导了系统的寿命分布函数,然后依据系统可靠性的分析方法即可以求出与结构概率设计要求的失效相对应的寿命特征和可靠性特征。 According to the fault model analysis method, system reliability model for structure is presented based on structure probability design. The life and reliability characteristic measures are studied. The strength nominal value of the structure system decreases with the increase of the usage time because of the existing small defects and the applied environment. The limit strength nominal value of the structure system is derived corresponding to the required failure probability in the structure probability design. The distribution function of the structure system life is derived by the structure strength deterioration model and probability statistics theory. Then the life and reliability characteristic measures for the structure corresponding to the structure probability design are calculated by the distribution of the structure system life.
