摘要
以电脑刺绣机挑线刺布机构为研究对象,详细推导了创新机构的设计理论方程,设计了一种新型的电脑刺绣机挑线刺布机构。计算分析了创新机构的挑线运动规律,画出了创新挑线机构的结构简图,所得结论可用于电脑刺绣机挑线刺布机构的创新设计。
Based on the study of thread-taking-up and needle bar mechanism in computerized embroidery machine, this paper sets out to deduce the theoretical equation of the creative mechanism design, and to design a new type of thread-taking-up and needle bar mechanism. The curve regularity of the displacement of the creative mechanism is analyzed in detail, the structure of the creative thread-taking-up mechanism is drawn, and the conclusion can be applied to the creative design of thread-taking-up mechanism in computerized embroidery machine.
