摘要
论述了小型航空汽油发动机活塞的工作特点,结合发动机活塞设计实例,论述了活塞材料、结构及型面的设计原则和方法。试验结果表明,通过活塞的改进设计,进一步提高了发动机性能。
This paper is focused on illustrating the working features of the piston of a small gasoline aero-engine. Used in a certain type of mini-unmanned air vehicle. The author illustrated the design principle, piston materials. piston structure and piston type and shape on the basis of a piston design. The experiment result shows that the performance of the engine can be further improved by improving the design of the piston.
