通用回转类零件三维快速自动重构技术的研究与实现

摘要 主要对二维回转类零件三维模型的快速自动重构方法作了研究,将实现过程划分为四个层次:数据输入层、数据处理层、轮廓提取层和模型修改层。采用DXF通用二维CAD文件作为数据输入层的输入数据。在数据预处理层对图形数据过滤、归整、修补。通过轮廓处理算法,提取零件的内、外轮廓,并采用轮廓线段包容盒法分类识别具体轮廓。在模型修补层中,对生成的3D模型添加键槽、螺纹等丢失的特征。最后,给出了验证实例。 This paper mainly focused on the practical approach of rebuilding 3D model for 2D turning part and divided this process into four phases; data importing, data preprocessing, profile distillation and model repair. In the importing data phase 2D CAD file format is generic DXF file. Then, data is filtrated, consolidated and repaired in the preprocessing phase. Next, the profile is classified and distilled with bound box method after preprocessing. Finally, some lost features are added, such as slot and screw in the repairing model phase. Two examples are included to demonstrate the validity of the proposed system.
