摘要
梁硕是2000年11月举行的上海双年展中最年轻的艺术家,也是少数几个展出当代雕塑作品艺术家之一。展览开始时,他才从中央美院毕业四个月。也许现在讲他的成功已证明了他的天才还为时过早,但毫无疑问的是他在“城市民工”系列雕塑中抓住了民工的精神和表情。他的成功缘于他对人体解剖的充分理解,也源于他能使观众走进这些未受过教育的贫苦民工的世界,理解和同情他们的遭遇。
Liangshuo was the youngest participant at the 2000 Shanghai Biennale.and one of the few whose work was representive of contemporary sculptural pratises.
Good art has always challengend the attitudes and perceptions of its viewers. Liangshuo's sculptures are clearly worthy of this accolade.Examine tlem closely and you will never be oblivious passing a Chinese worker again.
