试谈电视节目主持人的素质培养

On the Development of the Qualities of TV Program Hosts and Hostesses

当前电视节目主持人基本素质所存在的问题——语言功底差,忽视内在素质的提高,高高在上,脱离社会和群众。应当从 四个方面加以克服和纠正,只有这样,才能成为一个优秀的节目主持人。

This paper explores the problems in basic qualities of TV program hosts and hostesses-lacking of training in basic language skills, neglecting improvement of inner qualities, losing contact with the mass, and isolated from the society. The author proposes that hosts and hostesses should solve the problems from four perspectives. Otherwise they are not likely to become an outstanding program hosts or hostesses
