浅议升本背景下的我校学科建设

摘要 学科的起源和演进与大学的职能分化在历史的坐标轴上重合在一起。古典和现代的大学理想、大学精神、大学的宗旨、功能、结构都是以学科探索和学科分化整合为基础的。学科水平将决定升本之后我校的办学效益、市场品位、教学水准和人才培养质量。学科建设是引领学校人才培养、科学研究和社会服务的"龙头"。贯穿于专业、师资、课程、教材、实验、设备、图书、基地等方面的建设,因此我们要通过学科建设,突出特色,发挥优势,创新机制,优化资源配置,明确学科建设的基本原则、主要内容和创设平台,实现我校的远景办学目标。 <abstract>the beginning and evolution of discipline coincides with the functional classification of university in historical coordinate axis. Reconstruction of discipline exploration and classification is thought to be the basis for both ancient and modem university ideal, spirit, tenet, function and structure. The discipline level is decisive to our schooling efficiency, market orientation, educational standard and the quality of the graduates after we upgrade to four-year regular college. Discipline construction is a leading role in guiding our education, scientific research and social service, it also fully runs through our construction on major, staff force, curriculum, text books, lab, equipment, library and experimental bases. Thus, by constructing our disciplines, we should fully demonstrate our characteristics, exert our advantages, renew our mechanism and optimize our sources, so as to clarify the basic principles, main content and platform of our discipline construction, and finally to realize our long-term schooling goal.
