中长跑是高校体育教学的基本教材之一,是国家体育锻炼标准和大学生体育台格标准中不可替代的项目,它是用来发展 学生耐力素质,改善心肺功能,培养意志品质的有效锻炼手段。但在体育课中,学生(特别是女生)往往对中长跑存在恐惧心理。作为体育 工作者,如何从根本上消除学生的恐惧心理,激发学生对中长跑的兴趣,提高教学质量及学生身体素质,是我们应探讨的课题。
<abstract>Being one of the key texts in higher education establishments, middle-long distance race is the criteria of state physical training and indispensable. This item is an effective approach to develop the students' endurance, improve lung function and build up their strong willing. In our practical education, students, especially females, often fear about it. It's a worthy subject for P.E. teacher to discuss how to eliminate their fear, inspire their interest in middle-long distance race so as to improve our P.E. and the students' health quality as well.
