Making SOEs' Institutional Innovation to Increase the Value of the State Property

国有企业是国有资产增值的主体。实现国有资产增值要通过一系列制度创新,架构国有企业与国有资产增值目标相适应的产权结构、组织结构和利益结构。

State - owned enterprises form the main part of the added value of the state property. To increase the value of the state property, measures should be adopted to bring forth a series of institutional innovations so as to set up property right structure, organizational structure and interest structure compatible with SOEs and the objectives for increasing the value of the state property.
