摘要
The effects of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI)and angiotensin type 1 receptor blocker(ARB) on the treatment of cardiovasculardiseases with different mechanisms by acting on rennin- angiotensin-aldosteronesystem. Both medicines are effective cure for hypertension, left ventricleremodeling, chronic heart failure, and acute coronary syndrome. The applicationof ARB will not change the ACEI status in cardiovascular-disease’s preventionand cure. It may be more effective when combined use of ACEI and ARB.
