党的十六大报告所提出的生产要素按贡献参与分配的重要原则,是社会主义市场经济条件下对劳动价值论的丰富和发展,是现阶段我国社会生产力发展状况的客观要求。贯彻落实这一分配原则,关键要从深化对劳动和劳动价值论的认识入手,充分认识生产要素参与分配的合理性和必要性,在思想上摒弃劳动价值论"过时"的错误认识,消除产生贫富两极分化的疑虑,把握好工会履行维权职责时的定位。

The important principle of distributing productive elements according to contrbutions put forward in 16th CPC National Congress is a development of the labor theory of value. To carry out this principle, must understanding the rationality and necessity of distribution of productive elements.
