摘要
商业秘密是市场竞争的必然产物,关系着每一个企业的生死存亡。本文在分析了商业秘密的构成要件、本质属性、保护范围以及泄密途径的基础上。提出了商业秘密的保护措施与适应社会主义市场经济发展需要,加强商业秘密法律保护的对策建议。
Business secrets are the inevitable outcome of market competition.It is vital importance to the living of an enterprise.By analyzing requisites to constitute business secrets, nature and property,protecting range and leakage ways of busi- ness secrets,this paper presents measures and countermeasures to strengthen business secrets protection in order to meet de- velopment of socialism market economy.
